Overwhelming

to accurately describe,
all my feelings inside,
would be impossible.

to talk about him,
and how deep i’m in,
it’s too hard to tell.

how serious i am,
about this awesome man,
i don’t want to know.

lurking in my mind,
are feelings that i hide,
from him and myself.

i want a companion,
a man just like him,
but he deserves better.

all of this nonsense,
is an overwhelming mess,
to my still-young mind.
