The Imposter

The imposter cries
Survives through the lies
The real girl’s trapped inside
Don’t say I have not tried
Every night, I hear her shout
But I just can’t get her out
She is trapped forever
We are locked up together
But just to tell you
What I know is true
I am the imposter
The real one, we’ve lost her
